Activity Hava Skoru How Is It Calculated?
Every outdoor recreation activity requires different ideal weather conditions. This tool employs multi-factor meteorological scoring across six popular pursuits.
Scores start at 100 and deduct points for adverse weather conditions. Temperature is primary: ideal ranges vary from 50–72°F (10–22°C) for running to 78–95°F (26–35°C) for beach trips. Humidity, high wind, and precipitation scale deductions accordingly.
For beach outings, moderate UV (3–8) adds points for sunshine, whereas extreme UV (10+) penalizes due to acute burn and heat hazard.
Scores 85+ reflect optimal conditions, 70–84 great, 55–69 good, 40–54 fair, 20–39 poor, and under 20 unsuitable.
