Meteorological & Legal Disclaimer

1. Not an Official Warning Authority

Tomorrow Weather is an independent private meteorological platform. We are not a government agency, civil defense authority, or official emergency broadcast network.

In severe weather emergencies—such as tornadoes, hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, blizzard conditions, or flash flood warnings—always rely immediately on directives issued by the National Weather Service (NWS), NOAA Weather Radio, and local emergency management agencies. Never delay life-saving evacuation or shelter-taking actions based on third-party digital forecasts.

2. Probabilistic Nature of Weather Modeling

Meteorology is an observational and statistical science governed by chaotic fluid dynamics. While our numerical prediction models achieve state-of-the-art precision, atmospheric conditions can diverge rapidly. All temperature readings, precipitation odds, radar echoes, and 16-day projections represent calculated mathematical estimates rather than definitive future guarantees.

3. Aviation, Maritime & Mountaineering Use

Our specialized indices (such as flight conditions, density altitude, sea water temperatures, and mountaineering oxygen estimators) are designed strictly for recreational awareness and general educational context:

  • Pilots: Do not utilize this website for official pre-flight briefings, FAA flight planning, or instrument flight rules (IFR) dispatch. Refer strictly to official FAA Flight Service Stations (1-800-WX-BRIEF) and aviation METAR/TAF products.
  • Mariners: Do not rely exclusively on coastal water temperatures or general wind data for open-sea navigation or maritime bar crossing safety.

4. Health, UV & Air Quality Indices

Our UV Index, Sunburn Protection times, and Air Quality (AQI) values are general estimates computed for standard physiological models. Individuals with specific medical conditions, respiratory sensitivities, or dermatological vulnerabilities must consult healthcare professionals and heed official air quality health advisories.

5. "As Is" Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Tomorrow Weather provides all services and content strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. We do not warrant that service will be continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Under no circumstances shall Tomorrow Weather or its affiliates be liable for property damages, agricultural losses, travel disruptions, cancellation penalties, or personal injuries associated directly or indirectly with the use of our meteorological data.
